Frequently asked questions

Answers for parents and students before they begin.

These answers explain how our online Quran classes work. For questions about a specific learner, contact admissions or use the free assessment.

Are classes one-to-one or group based?+

Our main class format is live one-to-one learning. The tutor can focus on one learner’s recitation, mistakes, goals and pace.

Can a complete beginner join?+

Yes. Complete beginners can start with Arabic letter foundations or Noorani Qaida before moving into full Quran reading.

Do you teach adults?+

Yes. Adult students can begin from zero, improve reading, work on Tajweed, revise memorization or rebuild a consistent Quran routine.

Can children join?+

Yes. Courses are available for children, and the learning pace can be adjusted for age and current level. Parents can also share schedule and tutor preferences during admission.

Can I request a male or female tutor?+

You can state a male or female tutor preference on the admissions form. The academy can consider this while matching the student.

How is the student’s level assessed?+

The assessment is used to understand the learner’s reading, pronunciation or memorization level so the tutor can recommend an appropriate starting point.

What equipment do I need?+

A reliable internet connection and a device that can comfortably support a live online lesson are the main requirements. Headphones may help in some environments.

Can classes work across different countries and time zones?+

Yes. The admissions form asks for the learner’s country, time zone and preferred schedule so availability can be considered before classes begin.

Which course should I choose?+

If you are unsure, select “Not sure — please advise” on the admissions form. The free assessment is designed to help identify a suitable course.

How do I start?+

Complete the admissions form with learner and schedule details. The academy can then contact you about assessment, tutor matching and the next step.
