A respectful online learning environment
The Global Quran Academy aims to provide online learning that is respectful, age-appropriate and transparent for students and families. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility between the academy, tutors and parents or guardians.
For children and young learners
- A parent or guardian should submit the admissions details and remain the primary contact.
- Families should provide an appropriate learning space and reasonable supervision based on the child’s age.
- Communication about schedules, progress or concerns should normally include the parent or guardian.
- Tutors should keep communication focused on learning and professional class arrangements.
Private lessons
One-to-one classes should take place through the academy’s approved learning arrangements. Families may share a male or female tutor preference during admissions.
Concerns
If a parent, guardian or student has a concern about conduct, communication or the learning environment, contact the academy promptly at info@theglobalquranacademy.com so the issue can be reviewed.
